Consistent resistance training can not only slow down but also reverse the aging process at a genetic level. The more muscle mass you possess, the lower your risk of all cause mortality. We are offering Virtual Fitness and Wellness Calls 2 sessions Weekly for Ages 65+
Your First virtual visit we can Come to you within an hour and a half radius of Tampa Area to assess your needs and set up a customized program. If you are not in our radius, we will compile a customized workout program virtually for you on our first visit!
Starting at $125 a visit. We highly recommend 2 visits a week for optimal health results.

MEET THE PROS

We both have worked in the healthcare system for over 10 years as Occupational therapists, and we have experienced first the meaning behind this quote. Without good health you cannot fully enjoy the benefits of your wealth and accomplishments. Therefore, taking care of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being should be our top priority. Our goal is now to keep people out of the healthcare system or get them out of the system as being proactive on your health is vital to a healthy and happy life.
We both have experienced several workout programs from various coaches. All good but working full time and maintaining a balanced life was nearly impossible on some of these programs. That is why we wanted to bring people something that was sustainable within a balanced life, because without balance your mental and emotional capacity will not be able to sustain and keep up. Our goal was to keep our programs simple and sustainable for a busy lifestyle.
